     Appartamento “il Gelso”

L’Appartamento il Gelso è composto dalla parte più antica della casa ed è completamente indipendente; prende il nome dal vecchissimo gelso (utilizzato in passato per la coltivazione dei bachi da seta) che si trova all’ingresso del giardino.

L’appartamento è di circa 78mq. e si sviluppa su due piani .

Al piano terra si trovano: una cucina abitabile molto funzionale e dotata di lavastoviglie e forno; sala da pranzo; ampio bagno a doccia; soggiorno con grande camino toscano e divano trasformabile in un comodissimo letto matrimoniale. Connessione internet wireless gratuita, televisione satellitare, lettore c.d.

Al primo piano, a cui si accede con una comoda scala di legno, si trovano una camera doppia con soppalco, una cameretta con letto singolo o due letti a castello ed il bagno a doccia con la lavatrice. Arredamento in parte d’antiquariato ed in parte in stile rustico.

Tavoli, sedie, ombrellone e lettini, tutto per vivere in giardino.

L’appartamento ha ingresso, parcheggio, terrazza, barbecue ed ampio giardino privati.

     The “Gelso” apartment

The older house part belongs to the Gelso Apartment which is totally independent .

The name of this apartment comes from the old Gelso tree( used in past centuries for the silkworm farming) which is near the garden entrance.

This apartment it’s about 78 square meters and is developing on 2 floors.

On the ground floor there is a “live in” kitchen , a dining room with glass door that face a private terrace and garden, a shower bathroom, a large living room with an original tuscan wood burning fire place and a double sofa-bed; satellite television, a large table for 8 persons, hi-fi and wireless internet connection. In the kitchen there is the dish-washer.

The first floor is reached by an ample wooden stair case, here can be found a gallery type attic with it’s double-bed room; on the same floor is a little, lighted bed room with one bed (which is possible to transform in a bunk bed) and a shower bath-room where it’s also the washing-machine.

Table, chairs, umbrella and all to stay out in the garden.

The apartment has entrance, parking place, large terrace, big garden and barbecue pit all private.

  Fienile “Il Cipresso”

 
Il Fienile il Cipresso prende il nome dal vecchio e grande cipresso che si trova nel giardino inferiore ed è un edificio indipendente di circa 90 mq.

Il fienile è dotato di ingresso, parcheggio, terrazza e giardino privato.

Un ampio loggiato privato con forno a legna conduce all’ingresso.

Al piano terra si trova un locale di soggiorno caratteristico, luminoso e molto ampio con camino a legna ,divano- letto , angolo cottura con lavatrice e lavastoviglie; quattro scalini portano ad una camera matrimoniale ed all’ampio bagno a doccia mentre una bella scala in cipresso conduce alla romantica camera tripla in mansarda.

Mobili di antiquariato ed arte povera.

Tavoli, sedie, lettini ed ombrelloni, tutto il necessario per vivere all’aperto.

  The “Cypress” Cottage

The Cypress Cottage takes it’s name from the old cypress tree which is in the lower garden and it’s an independent little house of about 90 square meters large.

The cottage is equipped with the following items : entrance, parking area , terrace and two little gardens, all private:

By a wide arcade with it’s large wood oven and barbecue pit, you arrive to the door entrance.

When you enter in the cottage you find a large country- style living room well lighted with a wood burning fire place, a comfortable cooking area, the washing machine and the dish washer, satellite television and wireless internet connection .

Four steps take you to a double bed room and to the wide shower bath room while a fine cypress wood stair leads to a triple romantic attic bed room.
